From your first message to your decision
This is how the process runs, with nothing hidden.
- Send a short request describing your concern, such as thinning, shedding or an itchy scalp.
- We pass it on to a provider in or near San Diego. That is the only thing this site does with it.
- The provider gets in touch to set up a consultation and tell you what it involves.
- A licensed provider assesses your hair and scalp and decides what is suitable. If something needs a doctor, they can say so. The choice to go ahead stays with you.
No booking, no obligation
Sending a request does not book an appointment or sign you up for anything. It lets a provider near San Diego know you would like to talk. After they contact you, everything is your call: whether to have a consultation, when, and what to do afterward.
If a provider pushes you to commit before you feel ready, it is fine to say no, or to ask for information in writing to read at home.
How to withdraw your request
Sending a request gives consent for a provider to contact you about it. You can take that back. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or write to the email address listed on the privacy page to withdraw your consent, correct your details, or ask for them to be deleted.
For reference, what we pass to the provider is your name, email, phone, chosen service and message. Nothing else from the form is shared.
Write down what you have noticed, then send it to a local hair and scalp provider.
